For more information, visit /ppThe Senior Refund Operator is an experienced operational role, responsible for performing standard Refund Operator activities while acting as a breliable point of reference for the Venice team when the Manager is not on site /b. /ppThe role remains fully operational and serves as a blink between the Venice team and the Airport Manager ad interim /b , helping ensure smooth communication and providing support on day-to-day operational matters when needed. /ppIn addition to the standard Refund Operator responsibilities: /pulliAct as a reliable point of reference for colleagues based on experience and operational knowledge. /liliServe as a link between the Venice team and the Malpensa Airport Manager when needed. /liliProvide practical support to colleagues in handling day-to-day operational issues. /liliEscalate relevant operational matters to the Manager when necessary. /liliSupport and guide less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices. /liliEnsure operational continuity when the Manager is not physically present on site. /li /ulh3bIdeal Candidate Profil /b e /h3pWe are looking for an experienced, reliable,
