The Agile Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving software development initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and predictable delivery. The role combines Agile delivery practices with project management disciplines, supporting cross-functional teams in managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments. The Agile Project Manager operates in an international and distributed environment across Italy, Switzerland, India, and the USA, coordinating software development and, where applicable, AI/LLM initiatives. **Key Responsibilities** * Drive the **planning, coordination, execution, and delivery** of software development initiatives across cross-functional teams. * Manage **project scope, milestones, priorities, dependencies, risks, and impediments**, ensuring timely escalation when required. * Coordinate **Product Owners,
Scrum Masters, Tech Leads, development teams, and stakeholders** to maintain alignment on objectives and delivery plans. * Support the decomposition of **Epics and Features into manageable and incremental deliverables**, including for AI/LLM initiatives. * Track delivery performance through actionable metrics such as **lead time, cycle time, throughput, Sprint Goal success, and delivery predictability**. * Facilitate **planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, status reviews, risk management, and dependency management** activities. * Provide clear and transparent **project status, delivery forecasts, risks, and progress reporting** to stakeholders and management. * Promote **Agile and continuous improvement practices**, helping teams identify bottlenecks and improve delivery effectiveness.
