This internship is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations while contributing to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** + Support daily operational activities across multiple hotel departments. + Assist with guest requests and help ensure high service standards are maintained. + Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Events teams as required. + Participate in operational briefings, team meetings, and training sessions. + Monitor guest feedback and assist in implementing service improvement initiatives. + Support the coordination of special events, VIP arrivals, and group activities. + Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and operational audits. + Observe and learn hotel procedures, brand standards, and safety protocols. + Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. + Maintain a professional appearance and represent the hotel brand positively at all times. **Qualifications** + Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism,
