Start: ASAP Contract: Long-term, potentially until March 2029 Trusted Crew is recruiting an experienced Field Inspector / Expeditor to support Bureau Veritas on a Naval Group manufacturing project in Italy. The inspector will be based in Venice, with responsibility for overseeing manufacturing activities across three supplier facilities. Manufacturing Sites: - Venice (SIMIC): Welded sub-assemblies, qualification activities and series production.
- Rho (Milan): Forged components, heat treatment and mechanical testing.
- Roncadelle (Brescia): Welded sub-assembly fabrication. Key Responsibilities:




- Monitor manufacturing progress across the three supplier sites.
- Identify production delays, schedule deviations and risks.
- Oversee relevant inspection and manufacturing activities.
- Report progress and potential issues to the client. Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing inspection, supplier surveillance or expediting.
- Strong knowledge of forging processes and welded fabrication.
- Understanding of heat treatment and mechanical testing.
- Experience monitoring production schedules and identifying manufacturing risks.
- English, French and Italian language capability. xysqume - Ability to travel between the three sites.
