We’re looking for an experienced automotive diagnostic specialist to support dealerships and repairers with complex vehicle issues.

What you’ll do:
- Support dealerships and repairers on-site and remotely
- Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and drivability faults
- Use OEM tools (e.g. wiTECH, DiagBOX) for diagnostics, flashing, and parameterization
- Identify root causes using wiring diagrams and technical documentation
- Support both individual cases and wider technical issues across fleets
- Create clear technical reports and case updates
- Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance
- Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement
