We're Hiring: Junior Marketing Assistant

Medolla (MO), Italy

RAND is looking for a motivated and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our Sales & Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to further develop their expertise in digital marketing, communication, content creation, and campaign management within an international and growing organization.

Social media and content creation:

· Contributing to the editorial calendar for corporate social media channels

· Creating and scheduling posts/contents

· Monitoring performance as well as comments and messages

· Assisting with newsletter copywriting

· Supporting the development of email or advertising campaigns

· Website and promotional materials

Campaign support

· Assisting with the preparation and launch of marketing campaigns (email, digital, advertising)

· Gathering and organizing creative assets

· Coordinating with graphic designers or external agencies

· Updating landing pages and contact forms

· Supporting the preparation and updating of sales materials (presentations, brochures, product sheets)

Analysis and reporting

· Monitoring key metrics (website traffic via Google Analytics, social media engagement, email open rates)





· Preparing periodic reports as requested by the team

Research and general support

· Researching potential content for the aforementioned activities

· Conducting basic market research

· Assisting in gathering and organizing scientific and product-related content for marketing and communication activities

· Providing cross-functional support to other sales & marketing team members as needed

Education and experience

Preferred degree in Economics, Communication, Marketing, or specialized training/Master’s degree in Digital Marketing and/or

1 / 2 years of experience in marketing and communication

Technical Skills

· Use of major corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

· Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics) and graphic design/editing software (e.g., Canva or Adobe Suite)

· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)

· Good knowledge of the English language
