Overview
In this role you drive growth in Austria by selling D-EDGE’s hospitality tech solutions to hotels and groups. You will own the full sales cycle, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with product, marketing and support teams to ensure satisfaction and retention. You’ll engage decision-makers, tailor proposals, and represent the company at industry events to expand brand visibility. This is a chance to shape revenue in a global, innovation-driven environment.

Responsabilità
- Prospect hotels and hotel groups in Austria and identify decision-makers (GMs, Revenue Managers).
- Present and tailor D-EDGE solutions (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Analytics) to client needs.
- Build and manage a high-value client portfolio and lead end-to-end sales cycle from pitch to closing.
- Collaborate with Product,
Marketing and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Represent D-EDGE at industry trade shows and events to generate new leads and increase brand visibility.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams to improve offerings.
Requisiti fondamentali
- Hospitality industry experience with expertise in revenue management, distribution, or digital marketing.
- B2B sales track record with at least 5 years of commercial experience.
- Deep understanding of hotel distribution landscape (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.).
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder.
- Fluency in Italian and English (100%); based in Venice area and willing to travel to clients regularly.
