In this role, you will assist with guest reception and support activities, helping to ensure an excellent stay experience in line with Minor Hotels’ hospitality standards. ### What will you be responsible for? * Support the Front Office team in welcoming and assisting guests throughout all stages of their stay. * Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, as well as handling guest requests and inquiries. * Develop a thorough understanding of the hotel’s services, contributing to their promotion and enhancement for guests. * Collaborate in managing administrative tasks related to guest stays and ensuring accurate data entry in the relevant systems. * Support back-office activities and shift handovers, helping to ensure service continuity and operational efficiency. * Work closely with the hotel’s operational departments to contribute to a seamless and personalized guest experience. ### What are we looking for? * High school diploma or university degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Languages, or a related field.
* A strong guest-oriented mindset and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of empathy. * A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team and thrive in a dynamic environment. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus. * Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard computer applications. * Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail. **Benefits** Monthly allowance of € 500. ### Why choose us?
