# ELECTRONIC & RF MANUFACTURING AUTHORITY **MBDA Italia is the Italian company that is part of the multinational MBDA group, a world leader in the missile systems sector.** **MBDA represents the leading European group with production and design capabilities capable of covering the entire range corresponding to the current and future needs of the armed forces (land, air, and sea).** Within the "**Operations**" Directorate, MBDA Italia SpA is looking for an ELECTRONIC & RF MANUFACTURING AUTHORITY. ## Education Required: * ### Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering / Telecommunications (minimum grade 107/110 & Cum Laude) * ### Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering / Telecommunications (minimum grade 105/110 & Cum Laude) ## Professional Experience Knowledge of Radar systems and previous experience in manufacturing activities of Electromechanical / RF equipment is a preferential requirement. ## Activities expected for the role: The expected activities fall within the scope of Technical Support to production lines with particular reference to the manufacturing of RF Systems that involve the integration and testing of electromechanical sub-assemblies. Specifically, these activities include: * Concurrent engineering in a team with Design Authority and Manufacturing Engineering in the implementation phase of new production lines (industrialization process) for the finalization of industrialization documentation (Industrialization Dossier)



* Analysis and resolution of technical problems and/or process improvement as Manufacturing Authority (mass production phase). In this case, the evolution of Production documentation (Manufacturing Data Package) is foreseen, with its insertion and management in the corporate PLM. As Manufacturing Authority & Technical Support, the resource will: * Define the necessary documentation for the fabrication of products that contribute to the Manufacturing Data Package * Define the necessary technical training for production personnel * Define and draft the validation plan for the entire production line, both Make and Buy lines * Coordinate the validation of the production line and the issuance of the relevant dossier to the customer (internal and/or external) * Perform failure analysis of non-conformities found during series production and define the test plan aimed at identifying the cause of the failure (troubleshooting) of the sub-assembly * Participate in improvement projects based on data analytics * Participate in automation and digitalization projects ## Professional Skills: * Knowledge of Radar systems * Knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes, integration, and testing of RF equipment * RF electronic measurement techniques and instrumentation * Statistical analysis techniques and knowledge of mathematical tools (e.g., MATLAB, MINITAB) * Basic knowledge of Data Science and Big Data ## Language Skills: * English (written and spoken) Level B1 (pre-intermediate) ## Organizational Competencies/Soft skills: The following complete the required profile: * Excellent team work attitude * Availability * Initiative * Results-oriented * High problem-solving skills * Strong propensity for innovation and continuous learning
