Within the "**Operations**" Directorate, MBDA Italia SpA is looking for an "**Industrial File & Manufacturing Product Data Management**". **Required Qualification**: * Scientific/technical diploma * Minimum grade: **Professional Experience** * 2 years of experience related to the required skills **Activities envisaged for the role**: The selected resource will be responsible for the following activities: * Creation of master data and product bill of materials (BOM) in SAP and related management/updating throughout the product lifecycle, from prototyping to series production and post-sales support. * SAP setup for BOMs of technical planning data according to input data provided by: Industrial Manager, Technical Offices, Procurement (participation in the setup process of the Procurement Plan for a product).
* Creation and management of Industrial Files in the PLM tool for production lines throughout the product lifecycle. * Active participation in Configuration Control Board meetings for discussions on Design and/or Manufacturing variants, with the aim of assessing the impact of a variant and interfacing with various professional figures such as Designers, Planning, Production Control, Technical Offices. **Professional Skills**: * Basic knowledge of the Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint; * Basic knowledge of production processes; * Good knowledge of the configuration management process during the product lifecycle (Design configuration, Applicable configuration, As Built configuration) and related management tools: PLM, SAP PP, MES, and DMS; * Propensity for Manufacturing Data management in the designated tools: PLM, SAP PP; * Basic knowledge of material master data, BOM, material management; * Knowledge of Processes and Tools for material management (classification of secrecy, weapon parts, import/export, shelf life, H&S;, etc.); MES and DMS; **Language Skills**: * **English** * … **Organizational/Soft skills**: * Team working; * Problem solving; *
