Apply now! **Learn more: jti.com** Please apply by November 2nd Local applicants welcome Location: Naples Function: Marketing Role: Permanent Reporting to: Retail Activation Group Manager ## **Sales Account Coordinator B2C (Naples)** The Sales Account Coordinator B2C coordinates, coaches and monitors the Ploom Champions field team, supporting high-quality business-to-consumer execution across strategic points of sale. The position translates central guidelines into clear field priorities and connects the Ploom Champions Manager, Retail Activation, Sales Force, Trade Marketing, retailers and the field team to help maintain consistent standards and continuously improve consumer engagement and point-of-sale performance **Position:** As the Sales Account Coordinator B2C, you will: * Coordinate daily field activities, priorities and execution across the assigned territory * Coach and support Ploom Champions to strengthen consumer engagement, selling skills and compliance * Support onboarding, training and ongoing capability development * Monitor the consumer journey from engagement and product trial to purchase and registration * Ensure effective coverage and high-quality execution across priority points of sale * Monitor point-of-sale readiness, materials, visibility and stock-related issues * Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing,
retailers and store teams to support consumer engagement and conversion * Conduct field checks and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements * Monitor key performance indicators, consolidate field results and provide regular updates * Collect field and consumer feedback, identify improvement opportunities and escalate key issues **Requirements:** * A university degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Economics, Retail Management or a related field is preferred * Three to five years of experience in retail activation, field sales, trade marketing, consumer engagement, customer-facing sales or field team coordination * Proven experience of people management * Experience in fast-moving consumer goods or another consumer-focused industry is preferred * Fluent Italian * Good command of English is recommended for internal coordination and reporting * Strong field coordination and coaching capabilities * Sound understanding of retail execution and point-of-sale dynamics * A consumer-focused and consultative approach * Ability to interpret key performance indicators and use performance insights effectively * Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills * A disciplined approach to standards, procedures, compliance and brand representation * Ability to solve problems and work independently in a field-based environment **What to expect:** Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
