Our products guarantee high performance, are energy efficient and environmentally sustainable. ### Position For the Finance team at Recuperator Spa in RESCALDINA, we are looking for a **Financial Specialist** who, reporting directly to the CFO, will be responsible for: **Accounting entries: daily update of bank movements and balance control** * Payments (suppliers, F24 and various) * Customer bank transfers collections * Registration of wages and contributions, deferred charges * Monthly VAT ledger * Cash pooling debits/credits * RIBA portfolio loading * Year-end closing and new year opening * G7C profit from previous year **Reporting on monthly turnover,



cash flow;** **Active invoicing** * invoice issuance * RIBA issuance * DDT and invoice issuance for asset sales * credit note issuance **Treasury** * sending RIBA for collection * verification of supplier payments * control of supplier deadlines and F24 payment * payment of company vehicle insurance * control of customer deadlines, reminders **Taxation** * annual VAT declaration * monthly intra-sales declaration **Printing of social books/registers** **Assistance in case of inspections by Authorities and during scrapping** ### Requirements We would like to get in touch with **people who have gained solid experience within manufacturing companies**; Diploma in accounting; Knowledge in general and tax accounting; Knowledge of the basics of commercial law; Knowledge of the basics of private law; Knowledge of the Financial Statements; Knowledge of analytical accounting; Knowledge of budgeting; Knowledge of the English language. Proactivity, flexibility, strong operational management skills and problem-solving attitude complete the profile. A full-time fixed-term contract of 6 months, renewable for another 6, is offered. CCNL Metalmeccanico industria with a gross annual salary between 30K and 40K, plus daily restaurant tickets.
