h3Overview /h3pYou will join the Office Incentive Systems, supporting the team, working in a consultancy, oriented manner in managing various remuneration related topics and projects simultaneously /ph3What you’ll be doing /h3ulliSupport to the Remuneration Committee /liliDefinition of the Remuneration Policies at Group and Company levels /liliDesign of specific incentive systems at Group and Company levels /liliSupport in compliance and audit processes /li /ulh3Who we’re looking for /h3ulliFluent in English /liliKnowledge of Regulation on Compensation in Banking and Financial Services businesses (Bank of Italy, CRD IV, EBA, ISVAP_IVASS, MIFiD, AIFMD, UCITIS V) /liliKnowledge of short term incentive system /liliKnowledge of long term equity based system /liliStrong written presentation skills (both Word and PowerPoint) /liliPerformance measurement skills /liliAnalytical skills (Excel; Access) /liliPrevious experience in a Compensation team in a financial services Company /lili5-10 years of experience /li /ulh3What we offer /h3ulliGross annual salary starting from 55,000 /liliThe Group provides a performance-related variable component in line with the Group’s Remuneration Policies available on the Group website /liliAdditional benefits set out by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Banking sector and company-level agreements /liliOpportunities for professional development to support your growth /liliA wide range of training programs through our Corporate Academy,
