increase quality and efficiency and monitor execution of existing processesSupport manufacturing locations in new industrial line startup or production transfersContribute to define technological solutions aimed to sustain the breakthrough innovationpipeline in accordance with company long term strategyOur Perfect CandidateDegree in FoodTechnology, Chemical Technology or other scientific educationAt least 4 years of experience in FMCG (products and processes) as similar technologist functionKnow-how of raw materials and its functionsPreferable Lean manufacturing (green belt)Mentoring the junior technologistGood communications skillsAbility to work on multiple projects, prioritize, monitor the progress by using PvMsoftwareCollaborate in cross functional projects with a variety of stakeholdersAbility to think out of the box to solve process challenges (creativity)Ability to gather and analyse process and quality data with statistical softwareTravelling abroad for support / tests / start up on request (40% of work time is request)The position offers a gross annual salary starting from 45,000€.
