pIn this role you will interpret business issues related to IT Pillar and recommend best practices. You will solve complex Pillar-related IT problems and may lead functional teams or projects. You’ll be a specialist with deep IT Pillar knowledge and broad discipline understanding, driving initiatives across ERP, payroll and timekeeping ecosystems. You will collaborate with IT and Finance to align payroll and ERP strategy with corporate goals, delivering impactful, scalable solutions. /pulliAlign Corporate Functions – Payroll focus /liliLead/manage ERP and Global Payroll Design projects /liliProvide immediate Payroll processing issue resolution for HR systems /liliCreate Payroll campaigns and recurring reports /liliManage Payroll interfaces to benefits, unemployment reporting,



and banking /liliOversee Global Timekeeping landscape and Oracle Time Labor implementation /liliMaintain relationships with key Corporate Finance users /liliSupport and test new business technology/automation needs /liliCollaborate with other IT teams on escalated issues /liliSupport ERP and Payroll product initiatives and ensure IT project methodology and controls are followed /liliCommunicate project and status updates to stakeholders /liliBachelor's degree with 8+ years of IT experience /liliLead or administrator role in IT supporting EPCI business applications /liliExtensive functional knowledge in Payroll and leadership experience /liliExperience with ERP and BI tools /liliFinance IT SME in Timekeeping, General Accounting, Job Cost, Sub-ledgers,GL and Close Cycles /liliKnowledge of Tax, Treasury, Audit, Financial Reporting, Project Accounting, Billing Revenue (nice to have) /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills /liliteam leadership /liliERP /liliBI /liliOracle Time Labor /li /ulpEngineering Data Coordinator • pavia, lombardia, it /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
