- €33,000 (RAL) AGEVOLAZIONI : MEAL VOUCHERS ROLE OVERVIEW Support daily finance operations for directly operated retail stores, including sales reconciliation, payment review, cash-in-transit records and monthly closing support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review corporate payment requests against company expense policies, ensuring complete and compliant documentation and timely approvals.
• Perform daily sales proceeds reconciliation and posting for multiple directly operated stores; investigate and follow up discrepancies.
• Arrange and document weekly cash-in-transit activities to support cash security.
• Maintain the monthly invoice ledger and follow up with business departments on pending submissions.
• Support the headquarters finance team with monthly closing activities.
• Assist the Finance BP with other assigned tasks. EXPECTED WORK OUTPUTS
• Store sales reconciliation:



complete weekly on time, report discrepancies promptly and track resolution until figures agree with actuals.
• Payment and OA review: ensure requests meet expense-policy requirements and contain no material documentation gaps.
• Monthly closing: complete accruals, postings and account reconciliations on time; support closing by the 6th of each month.
• Cross-team coordination: communicate effectively with local teams and headquarters, respond promptly and follow issues through to resolution. QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field (or an equivalent Italian qualification, such as a Laurea triennale).
• At least 2 years of financial accounting or finance operations experience; retail, multinational or shared service center experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with IFRS, Italian accounting standards and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; SAP knowledge is preferred. Experience with OA and BI tools is an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese, Italian and English is required.
• Hands-on, transparent, proactive and collaborative; able to manage multiple tasks and meet monthly closing deadlines.
