Duties And Responsibilities Include
• Managing room service operations and staff, including scheduling shifts and assigning duties
• Training staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold the standards of the hotel
• Developing and implementing room service menus
• Ensuring prompt delivery of orders to guest rooms
• Monitoring guest feedback and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining inventory and ordering room service supplies as needed
• Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure meal preparation aligns with delivery times
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Reviewing and processing billing for room service orders
• Promoting additional services and facilities of the hotel to guests
• Oversee all room service operations,



ensuring all standards and hotel protocols are adhered to.
• Manage the room service team, providing training and performance feedback as necessary.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high food quality standards.
• Manage inventory and supplies and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Handle guest complaints and queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor room service budget and implement cost-saving measures as necessary.
• Knowledge in Micros.
