Within the " Finance " Department, MBDA Italia SpA is looking for a " Finance Manufacturing Controller ".
Required Qualifications : Degree in Economics Degree in Management Engineering Professional Experience : 3 years Professional experience gained at: industrial companies (Finance Manufacturing Operations area), preferably belonging to international groups Activities foreseen for the role : The selected resource will be responsible for the following activities: Management of Budget and ISBP processes: preparation, analysis, and control of valued payment plans.
Preparation of monthly final accounts, comparing them with forecasts and analyzing discrepancies.
Management of production orders.
Support in defining the UPC for production contracts.
Analysis and control of UPCs for production contracts.
Monitoring and control of warehouse inventories.
Control over Manufacturing processes with an impact on Finance (logistics warehouse flow, accounting/logical warehouse, product cost, etc.)



to ensure they are in line with Finance objectives and comply with accounting principles.
Interface with the Information Management function and external consultants for the more technical aspects related to specific production tools/systems.
Control over the correct exchange of information and coordination within Finance functions and with the Operations Department.
Support in drafting new Finance Manufacturing processes in coherence with the implementation of the new SAP 4/HANA system.
Professional Skills : Industrial controlling skills gained in complex industrial companies operating on an order-by-order basis.
Knowledge of industrial contexts, particularly concerning Manufacturing processes (MRP, logistics warehouse flows, product cost construction).
Good knowledge of main Finance processes.
Excellent knowledge and use of management tools BPC, BW, and SAP ECC (in particular FI/CO/PP/MM modules).
Ability to work in international teams with different stakeholders (Functional Team, IM Team).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Power BI).
Previous experience in implementing Finance processes and systems (knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA is a preferential title).
Language Skills : Good/excellent knowledge of English.
Organizational Skills/Soft Skills : Ability to work in a team Ability to work in international contexts --
