Johnson & Johnson seeks a marketing intern to support the Hematology team in Milan, focusing on the Imbruvica brand. The role involves assisting with brand strategy, promotional materials, market analysis, event coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within the innovative medicines division.
Responsibilities
Assist Product Manager with annual brand plan development and execution for Imbruvica
Support creation of promotional materials, presentations, and internal communications
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data
Help organize congresses, advisory boards, webinars, and educational events
Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Compliance, and Sales teams on initiatives
Requirements
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology (completed or in progress)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Fluent in Italian and English
Motivated learner with curiosity and eagerness to develop
Compensation:
€950 monthly for 6-month internship
