Overview As a Bid Manager, you will coordinate bids with Marketing and Sales to craft winning proposals for space projects. You will define bid strategy, lead the bid team, and ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality bid delivery. You'll negotiate with customers and secure a smooth transition from bid to project execution. This role suits someone who thrives in internationally diverse teams and enjoys shaping customer-centric solutions with agility. You will contribute to sharing lessons learned and help advance Thales Alenia Space's mission in space programs. Retribuzione / Benefits
* Performance premio up to 4,550

* Coordinate bids with Marketing and Sales teams
* Prepare winning bids and set up the Bid Plan
* Lead Bid activities and the Bid Team throughout the lifecycle
* Define initial project baseline aligned with customer requirements and company strategy
* Ensure on-time, on-cost, and on-quality bid execution




* Prepare and/or review Bid and Offer Documentation
* Ensure timely delivery of the Bid Pack
* Contribute to customer negotiations
* Ensure smooth transition of bid process to project phase and support project launch
* Capture and share lessons learned from the bid process Requisiti fondamentali
* Master in Engineering
* Fluent English; French knowledge is a plus
* Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and legislation
* Openness to international teams and diverse cultures
* Strong management skills; ability to handle complex situations and multi-tasking
* Ability to motivate and support stakeholders at all levels
