To strengthen our Sales & Reservations team, we are looking for a service-oriented, communicative, and well-organized Sales Agent
- Reservation (m/f/d) who stands out through professionalism and a passion for delivering excellent guest service. Your Tasks
* Providing personalized advice to our guests and actively selling rooms, suites, and customized vacation experiences
* Receiving and processing individual reservations through all channels
* Reviewing incoming reservations and actively managing bookings and changes
* Sending reservation confirmations, handling general correspondence, etc.
* Continuously monitoring availability and ensuring optimal occupancy
* Carefully maintaining reservation data and adhering to our quality standards
* Actively upselling and cross-selling additional services
Your Profile
* Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
* Professional experience in reservations, sales, or front office, ideally in the upscale hospitality sector
* Enthusiasm for selling exclusive hotel stays and providing personalized advice to our guests
* Commitment to the upscale hospitality sector
* An independent, structured, and responsible work ethic
* Strong communication skills, consulting expertise,
and a friendly, professional approach
* A solution-oriented and articulate approach in conversational situations
* Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and ASA Hotel or comparable hotel management systems
* Very good written and spoken German, Italian, and English
