We are looking for an entrepreneurial (Associate) Partner to help shape the future of our Consumer Goods business in Italy. - Shape the growth of Porsche Consulting's Consumer Goods business in Italy and contribute to the development of our European platform.
- Advise CEOs and executive teams on their most critical strategic and operational challenges.
- Lead large-scale transformations that deliver measurable and sustainable business results.
- Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and become a trusted advisor.
- Develop future leaders by coaching and mentoring high-performing consulting teams.
- Contribute to thought leadership that helps define the future of the Consumer Goods industry. Key Qualifications
- Educational Background: Successfully completed degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field. A PhD or MBA would be preferred.
- Industry
Experience:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, with a strong track record of leading and delivering complex transformation programs in the Consumer Goods industry, particularly across Packaged Goods, Beverages, Fashion & Luxury.
- Language
Skills:
Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory. Proficiency in German or French is considered a strong asset.
- Communication Excellence: Outstanding presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.

Our compensation model is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with competitive geographic market rates, while reflecting the responsibilities of the role, individual experience, and performance. It combines a competitive fixed salary, performance-based incentives, and a broad range of benefits to support our employees both professionally and personally. In accordance with applicable Italian pay transparency requirements, the annual gross base salary for this role in Italy starts at € 165.000, with additional variable compensation and benefits available in accordance with company policies.
