About the role You will be the dedicated Sales Operations partner to the Country and District Managers across Italy and Iberia. Your job is to help sales leaders run their business well: a clean forecast, a healthy pipeline, business reviews that lead to decisions, and follow-through so agreed actions actually happen.
You report to the Director,
EMEA and LATAM Sales Operations and work alongside the regional Sales Operations Business Partners to turn regional priorities into consistent execution at country and district level.
What this role is, and is not It is an internal, sales-leader-facing partner role. You work with managers and sellers, Finance, Deal Desk, Planning and HR
It is not a customer-facing or quota-carrying role
It is analysis plus execution. You will build the insight and then coordinate the actions that follow from it
What you will do Partner with Country and District Managers on operational analysis, insight and execution support
Prepare and inspect the weekly forecast and pipeline, calling out material movements, risks and areas needing attention
Run the district business review cadence: KPI analysis, commentary, action capture and follow-up
