In this role you drive growth for D-EDGE in Austria by acquiring and managing hotel partners, promoting the full hospitality tech suite, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes. You will act as a trusted business partner, tailoring proposals to client needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position offers a chance to shape a rapidly expanding international platform and strengthen brand presence at industry events.

Responsabilità Prospect hotels and hotel groups in the assigned territory and identify key decision-makers
Present and tailor D-EDGE solutions (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Analytics tools) to client needs
Build and grow a high-value client portfolio with long-term relationships
Lead the full sales cycle from pitch to negotiation to closing, meeting/exceeding targets




Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Advocate for client feedback internally to improve offerings
Represent D-EDGE at industry trade shows and events in Austria to boost visibility and generate leads
Requisiti fondamentali Proven hospitality industry experience with expertise in revenue management, distribution, or digital marketing
Strong track record in B2B sales with at least 5 years of commercial experience
Deep understanding of hotel distribution landscape (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.)
Self-driven, results-oriented, natural relationship builder
Fluency in Italian and English (100%); based in Venice or surrounding area
Willingness to visit clients regularly
