What the job looks like
Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:




Lead Packaging Experts team, overseeing the projects assigned to the team
Lead the Packaging Experts team for integrations, new products and GMP-related changes, including technical assessments, qualification support and process validation.
Acting as a key point of contact with customers and external stakeholders, translating requests into actionable technical requirements and communicating technical assessments
Create and implement efficient workflows for new products, translating requirements into practical and reliable packaging solutions.
Optimize existing processes and lead structured troubleshooting activities to support consistent line performance.
Contribute to technology
