Overview
As Brand Manager for Stryker’s Foot & Ankle in EMEA, you shape brand strategy and drive market share growth through targeted marketing plans. You own regional direction, develop campaigns, and lead portfolio growth while orchestrating education strategies for internal and external audiences. You collaborate with local teams to execute downstream activities and contribute to upstream initiatives addressing EMEA customer needs. This hybrid role combines strategic leadership with hands-on marketing, education, and stakeholder management to strengthen brand value across the region.

Responsabilità Set annual and long-range brand/indication strategy to meet growth, profit and market share targets
Create and localize scalable assets, campaigns, and best practices for maximum regional impact
Identify education and brand experience opportunities for internal and external audiences
Develop strong relationships with local marketers, sales, stakeholders and customers
Lead the Annual Marketing Plan for EMEA and a 3–5 year portfolio roadmap
Forecast demand with country leadership and coordinate with supply chain
Manage regional product life cycle including launches and phase-outs
Analyze business performance and brand perception to inform strategy and mitigations
Collaborate with Portfolio teams on new product development, line extensions and potential M&A;
Influence and coordinate with local Product Managers within a complex matrix organization
Create EMEA-wide, scalable customer engagement events (tours, congresses, hands-on opportunities)
Manage branding, messaging, positioning and pricing based on market/competitive insights
Lead commercialization planning for new product development with Portfolio teams
Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the brand
Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor’s degree in any field
8+ years of experience in international Marketing, Product/Brand Management or related fields (MedTech, BioTech)
Proven ability to lead/manage marketing projects delivering timely outcomes and growth
Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and presentation skills with fluent English (spoken and written)
Strong strategic thinking, adaptability, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Demonstrated ability to relate to stakeholders and customers from diverse markets and cultures
Ability to navigate complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Impeccable ethics and integrity in handling confidential information
