As Senior Visual Merchandising Designer in Milan, you drive the global visual identity and ensure a cohesive luxury brand image across markets. You collaborate with Global VM, Creative, Production, Retail and Market teams to elevate window and in-store experiences. You develop innovative installations and oversee prototyping and production to preserve the original concept. You also coordinate event visuals for store openings and retail initiatives. This role offers meaningful impact shaping Zegna's luxury storytelling and customer experience.

Responsabilità

- Design innovative window, in-store installations and pop-ups to boost brand visibility and perception
- Align displays with Creative Director brief and VM direction, including pop-ups and corporate guidelines
- Oversee prototyping and production to ensure execution matches the creative vision
- Plan and coordinate window installations and visual aspects of events, store openings, and retail projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Global VM, Production, Retail and Market teams
Requisiti fondamentali

- 5-8 years of experience in Visual Merchandising Design, preferably in luxury/fashion
- Strong creative sensibility with interest in visual arts, graphic communication, fashion and contemporary design
- Proficiency in Visual Merchandising techniques, in-store xysqume presentation, retail operations and guideline implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management, organizational skills, proactive mindset, autonomy and communication
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
