About The Role

We're looking for AI Training Specialists to complete structured evaluation and labeling tasks that teach AI systems to be smarter, safer, and more accurate. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to people from all backgrounds. No prior AI or technical experience required — just a sharp eye, strong focus, and the ability to follow clear guidelines.

What You'll Do
- Complete structured labeling, rating, and evaluation tasks that train AI models
- Review and assess AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats
- Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
- Flag issues such as inaccuracies, poor quality, or guideline violations
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow precise instructions
- Self-motivated and reliable — you can manage your own workload without micromanagement
- Comfortable working with web-based tools and platforms
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Curious, conscientious, and committed to quality
- No prior AI or technical experience
Nice to Have
- Experience in content review, editing, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation workflows
- Background in a specialized field such as science, law, medicine, or education
