Overview As IT&D; Manager – Factory, you drive the IT and data-led transformation of the production site, partnering with factory leadership to deploy standardised ways of working and technology. You work across global programmes and local site realities to deliver measurable improvements, with scope across manufacturing, data, and automation domains. Responsabilità
Activate IT&D; initiatives in factories and lead global programme deployment locally Ensure IT&D; services are applied through partners to sites for a strong user experience Build and maintain relationships with factory leadership and ensure stakeholder buy-in for transformation Monitor support services to factories, coordinate communications, and manage escalations to maintain a healthy IT ecosystem
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree qualified or equivalent Experience in a complex, global organisation; FMCG experience desirable but not essential (4+ years preferred) Manufacturing process understanding and proficiency; knowledge of IT Operating Model, Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0 Project Management and Change Management skills desirable Knowledge of key Industrial Automation and Data Analytics systems desirable Great business partnering Strong communication and relationship-building Problem-solving with good commercial acumen Industrial Automation Data Analytics systems IT Operating Model
