Overview In this role you drive Germany-based growth for AG SOLUTION by selling engineering and digital services and positioning the company as a trusted transformation partner. You engage across technical, operational, and C-level stakeholders to uncover value and shape outcome-focused proposals. You work with cross-functional teams to expand market presence at industry events and through strategic accounts. Responsabilità

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Identify and develop new opportunities within target industries Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic deals Position AG Solution’s value-driven offerings beyond pure resources Develop deep understanding of client challenges and business drivers Engage stakeholders at multiple levels including C-level Translate client needs into outcome-based proposals Collaborate with technical experts, pre-sales, and marketing Represent AG Solution at events and client meetings Maintain CRM pipeline, forecasts, and data quality Contribute to sales strategy improvements

Requisiti fondamentali

Proven track record in selling engineering or digital services (automation, MES/MOM, OT/IT) Strong consultative and value-based selling skills Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels including C-level Entrepreneurial mindset with hunter mentality Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Structured, proactive, and results-driven Languages: fluent in German and English (mandatory) Based in or near Cologne (Köln) Consultative selling Cross-functional collaboration Stakeholder management Engineering background Automation, MES/MOM, industrial data, OT/IT solutions CRM (Dynamics 365)
