We are seeking a talented Senior Exhibition Designer to join our design team. You will work closely with the Business Development, Project Management, Production, and Logistics teams on project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- In-depth knowledge of the entire event/booth/exhibition/… design process, from graphic design, conceptual sketches, 3D renderings, material specifications, and working with production to maintain design integrity;
- Ensure the quality and completeness of designs and deliverables within established deadlines;
- Ensure project budgeting adheres to client requests and company specifications;
- Collaborate with other company departments (Business Development, Project Management, Production, etc.) to provide compelling solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations;
- Prepare the creative portion of sales presentation materials;
- Conduct occasional site visits to optimize the design.

QUALIFICATIONS :

- Master’s Degree in Architecture or Master’s Degree in Interior/Exhibition Design;
- At least 5 years of design experience;
- 3D design experience on large-scale modular or customized environments;
- Knowledge of major rendering programs, AutoCAD and ArchiCAD for 2D and 3D representation, Photoshop, etc. is required;
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);




- Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills;
- Ability to transform client information into effective designs and create solutions for various project scenarios, and work collaboratively with the creative design team;
- Ability to operate under time constraints, influence design, and lead large-scale projects;
- Ability to interface with clients, give presentations, and translate client feedback;
- Experience creating marketing/experiential event concepts;
- Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely, in writing and verbally;
- Ability to work accurately and quickly while meeting company deadlines;
- Collaborative, courteous, flexible, and good-natured;
- Conscientious, persistent, resourceful, productive, and proactive;
- Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships and dealing with colleagues in an efficient and professional manner;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks and commitment to meeting and exceeding deadlines and objectives;
- Possesses a driving license and is available for occasional travel;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
