Position
For the Desio (520) restaurant, we are looking for people to join as Crew Member.
You will be responsible for:
- preparing and serving products in accordance with McDonald's quality standards;
- collaborating with the team to ensure fast, accurate, and customer-oriented service;
- contributing to the care, order, and cleanliness of the work environment;
- supporting the restaurant's operational activities while developing professional and interpersonalskills.

Pay range:
For this position, the initial gross monthly full-time pay (14 monthly payments) is expected to rangeindicatively between € 1212 and € 1600, to be pro-rated in the case of part-timework based on the contractual hours.
The job classification and compensation will be determined in accordance with the applicablenational collective labor agreement (CCNL) and based on objective, gender-neutral criteria,consistent with the position, relevant professional experience, required skills, and the type ofemployment arrangement envisaged for the role.
For tempo parziale arrangements, pay will be pro-rated according to the agreed working hours.
