OUR HIRING PROCESS:

INFUSE is looking for a detail-oriented B2B proofreader to join our team. This role is responsible for editing and proofreading long-form and short-form content to ensure it is accurate, polished, on-brand, and aligned with client goals. The right candidate is a strong communicator who can collaborate with writers and internal teams to maintain high-quality content and keep projects moving forward.
Responsibilities:
- Edit and proofread B2B content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, usage, clarity, consistency, and brand voice
- Ensure content aligns with client style guides, editorial standards, messaging, and project requirements
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to writers
- Cross-check references, claims, data, and source material for accuracy
- Identify factual inconsistencies, unsupported statements, and potential plagiarism
- Collaborate with writers, designers, and other departments
- Review and occasionally revise internal documents and client-facing materials
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
- Maintain a high standard of quality across all reviewed content
Qualifications:
- Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong understanding of grammar, punctuation, syntax, style, and usage
- Experience editing and proofreading long-form and short-form content
- 1+ year of proofreading or editing experience
- 1+ year of writing experience
- B2B content experience preferred
- Familiarity with style guides and brand voice requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized, adaptable, proactive, and solutions-oriented
- Able to work EST hours
