We are looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Junior HR & Operations Coordinator to support our team across day-to-day HR administration, employee experience and studio operations.
You will play an important role in supporting our people and keeping the studio running smoothly, combining HR coordination with hands-on operational support, employee wellbeing initiatives and practical office management.
This is a broad and varied junior role where you will support employees and freelancers throughout their time with us, from recruitment and onboarding to everyday HR administration. You will also help coordinate travel, relocation, internal events and the practical needs of our studio.
This is a great opportunity to develop experience across HR, People Operations and studio management, taking on a role that combines people support, organisation and hands-on problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- HR & People Support
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and internal trackers, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Support recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and assisting throughout the hiring process.
- Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees and freelancers, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Assist employees and freelancers with routine HR-related questions, escalating more complex matters when needed.
- Support the administration of holidays, absences, working time and other employee information.
- Help coordinate employee relocations, including appointments, documentation, accommodation, legal and practical arrangements.
- Assist with maintaining HR policies, procedures and internal documentation.
Operations & employee experience
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the studio, anticipating operational needs and helping resolve practical issues.
- Help coordinate business travel, accommodation, meetings and appointments.
- Manage office supplies, refreshments and workplace essentials, ensuring the team has what they need.
- Support employee wellbeing initiatives,
daily workplace perks and team activities, helping create a welcoming and positive studio environment.
- Help organise internal events, team gatherings and other employee engagement activities.
- Maintain organised company documentation and general studio administration.
- Assist with operational projects and ad hoc requests across the business.
- Look for simple ways to make everyday processes clearer, more efficient and better organised.
Some tasks will be planned, while others may arise unexpectedly. The role may involve moving between candidate communication, spreadsheets, travel arrangements and urgent studio requests within the same day, so the ability to manage changing priorities while keeping track of the details is important.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be organised, approachable and naturally helpful. They will enjoy making things run smoothly, supporting others and taking satisfaction in being someone the team can rely on.
They should be curious, willing to learn and comfortable taking responsibility. They will pay close attention to detail, handle confidential information with care and communicate proactively when something is unclear or not going to plan.
We are looking for someone who is equally comfortable with administrative responsibilities and practical, hands-on tasks, and who enjoys contributing to a positive and well-organised working environment.
