You will lead and coach a 4–6 CSM team across EMEA and APAC, guiding renewals, churn reduction, and expansion opportunities in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Work with Sales, Support, and Product to remove barriers, establish reliable forecasts, and improve CS playbooks.
