Job Description Le seguenti informazioni forniscono una panoramica delle competenze, delle qualità e delle qualifiche necessarie per questo ruolo. Manages the Process Work Package, ensuring deliverable quality, schedule adherence and compliance with budgeted hours:- Coordinates assigned process engineers through regular meetings, progress monitoring and issue resolution- Identifies and cascades contractual process requirements and ensures alignment with the tender concept, company policies and project guidelines- Collects and implements lessons learned during project phase and promotes the exchange of project feedback with product owners- Ensures timely preparation of process documentation, operating instructions, operation manual inputs and CE conformity requirements- Leads commissioning meetings and process engineering reviews up to trial operation / Fit for Performance Qualifications- 5+ years' experience in a similar position, in EPC projects in Energy,



Environmental technology or similar industry- Bachelor's degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering with good knowledge of Process Engineering- Proficient user ofCAPRI, COMOS and otherengineering tools will be considered a plus-Good presentation, coaching, facilitation and project management skills- Fluency in English, Italian or other languages will be considered a plus Additional Information Employee perks, benefits Permanent contract5% Annual premio Flexible working time Home office possible 2 days a week Referral program Training and Inova Academy Compensation Basic wage component (gross): *****EURThis amount is our minimal offered salary.
