NXP Semiconductors NV is forming new teams in Catania to deliver high-performance MCU and edge-processing solutions. This role focuses on physical design and implementation of complex ICs, including timing closure, floorplanning, place-and-route, and power integrity analyses, with mentoring responsibilities across the team.

You will collaborate with architecture, RTL, DFT, and packaging teams to ensure on-time product delivery while adopting advanced design methods and tools.
