Swegon in Italy consists of two companies, both acquired by the Group, and two main locations:
- Swegon Operations , located in Cantarana di Cona (VE), specialised in the industry of Commercial/Industrial Chillers and Heat pumps with, approximately, 400 employees.
- Samp S.p.A. , located in Concorezzo (MB), specialised in the design and construction of air handling units with more than 100 employees;
These are leading companies in their respective markets and have been acquired by the Group.

Join our team! For Swegon Operations we are looking for a SAP Business Analyst . This position, based in the Group SAP & Information Technology Department , will support IT Director & Group SAP Manager , working closely with Group SAP Team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, your objective will be to ensure operational support and the continuous improvement of the SAP system, while ensuring the effective resolution of business requests and the optimization of organizational processes.
In particular, as part of the team, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Analyze, design,
and implement SAP solutions based on specific business requirements and needs, with a focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Manage testing and user training activities, guiding users in the adoption of the system and/or new functionalities.
- Provide support focused on the day‑to‑day maintenance and continuous improvement of the existing SAP system.
- Manage the customization, troubleshooting, and evolution of the SAP system in collaboration with external consultants, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.
Availability to undertake short‑term international travel is required.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Excellent command of English;
- At least 6–7 years of experience in SAP management and configuration, preferably with the FI-CO modules.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ABAP/SQL is considered a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to navigate challenges in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment.
