Description: Ayvens, a global leader in sustainable mobility born from the merger of ALD Automotive and LeasePlan, is seeking a Legal Counsel for its Rome office. The successful candidate will protect the company's legal interests by negotiating supplier and commercial contracts, managing corporate governance (including board meetings and minutes), and providing specialist advice on Data Protection, Insurance Law, and Intellectual Property.
The role involves proactive risk management and coordination with external counsel for litigation.
Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Law degree and be qualified to practice law (Bar admission). A high level of English proficiency (C1) is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with a Level II Master’s degree in legal disciplines and prior experience in international law firms or structured corporate settings.
