MainStreaming® is an intelligent media delivery company that empowers enterprises, media, and gaming companies to ensure the best Quality of Experience to their audience, through its revolutionary AI-powered technology.Aumenti le sue possibilità di arrivare alla fase del colloquio leggendo la descrizione completa del lavoro e candidandosi tempestivamente.It optimizes the viewing experience with its Intelligent Media Deliver Platform (iMDP), the first platform designed to guarantee full governance over the streaming process, the highest Quality of Service, and the best Return on Investment.For our brand-new office located in Milano Bicocca we are looking for a:Senior Backend Engineer/ Data EngineerThe backend engineer we’re looking for is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing data systems and pipelines that support the organization’s data flow needs.Operating within the Data Platform engineering team, you will also collaborate closely with backend/frontend teams and other stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable data solutions.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for batch and real-time processing (ETL/ELT), from source systems to data lakes, warehouses and lakehousesTranslate existing data models into scalable and efficient implementationsDevelop, test and optimize code for data ingestion, transformation and loadingDesign and maintain backend services and APIs that expose data to internal and external consumers (e.G. UIs, Grafana dashboards), ensuring stability and performanceImplement validation, monitoring and alerting to ensure data quality and integrityMonitor and troubleshoot data workflows to guarantee system stabilityContribute to the selection of tools and frameworks for data processing and orchestrationCollaborate with Data Architects, Data Scientists, Analytics and backend/frontend teams to deliver reliable datasetsEnsure best practices through code reviews, testing and documentationWhat We're Looking for a:PASSION FOR THE PRODUCT:
