Offer Description

Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common and aggressive central nervous system malignancy in adults.

This research project aims to identify novel druggable molecular targets to advance differentiation therapy strategies for glioblastoma (GBM). By inducing terminal differentiation of glioma stem cells (GSCs) and converting stem-like cells into non-stem states sensitive to conventional treatments, this project aims to reduce tumor intrinsic dynamic plasticity and achieve effective GBM eradication.
