Trade
Compliance & Logistics Manager Ensure compliance with EU and Italian customs regulations (AEO, customs procedures, audits, duties, origin, and trade compliance). Monitor customs and logistics KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee inbound logistics operations, from goods in transit to warehouse storage.
Coordinate logistics providers (3PL/4PL) and support transportation and warehousing activities. Act as a liaison between Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, and external partners. Support digitalization projects and process optimization initiatives.
Coordinate the lifecycle and compliance management of marketing sample products. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Engineering, International Trade, Law, or related fields. Previous experience in Customs, Trade Compliance, Import/Export, Inbound Logistics, or similar roles.
Strong knowledge of EU and Italian customs regulations and import/export processes.
Experience managing customs brokers and interacting with customs authorities. Good understanding of transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations. Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent
