Adecco Italia S.p.A. is looking for a junior back office assistant for a client company operating in the field marketing sector. The resource will perform the following tasks:
- Operational management and data entry using internal management software
- Resource contracting
- Reporting checks
- Recruiting activities
What we are looking for:
- Strong motivation and desire to grow
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite, especially Excel
Your skills:
- Dynamism
- Preferably excellent knowledge of the English language
- Precision
- Organization and proactivity
An initial 6-month internship for hiring purposes is offered. A monthly expense reimbursement of 700 Euros and 5 Euros in restaurant tickets for each day actually worked is provided. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch break. Workplace: Milan, Uruguay area. Availability: Tempo pieno
