The position involves managing legal risks across contracts, employment, and litigation, as well as developing intellectual property protection strategies. Eligibility:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Chief Legal Officer (CLO) or VP Legal role within international or multi-jurisdictional organizations.
Strong expertise in corporate, contract, employment, business, and intellectual property law.
Proven experience in regulatory compliance and legal risk management within fast-scaling environments.
High level of English proficiency (C1+); additional fluency in Russian is considered a strong advantage.
Demonstrated ability to manage litigation processes and coordinate effectively with external counsel. xbvzest
