The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering capabilities with the ability to apply quantitative analysis, mathematical modelling, and technology to optimise trading and investment processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver consistently high-quality code in line with team standards and industry best practices, and maintain Front Office applicationsPartner with multiple stakeholders to ensure business-critical objectives are met efficiently and within agreed timelines, providing operational and technological support to tradersSupport the design and implementation of quantitative trading strategiesResolve complex,
high-impact problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, and drive the automation of operational and business workflowsIntegrate and optimise Front Office applications and data infrastructurePerform data analysis to support trading and business activitiesCollaborate with IT, Risk Management, Operations, and other bank functions to ensure seamless cross-functional deliveryRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in a banking or comparable financial services environmentStrong proficiency in the following programming languages: Python, Java, C++, SQL, VBAKnowledge of trading xrtlpzc platforms and applications, particularly ORC and TbricksSolid understanding of Front Office processes, workflows, and market dynamicsStrong problem-solving aptitude with a business-oriented mindsetAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with both Front Office and IT teamsProactive and results-driven attitudeHybrid working modelThe expected range salary (RAL) for this position is ***************** per year.
