Jumeirah Capri Palace is seeking a Night Audit Agent for the summer season of 2027. The role focuses on balancing daily revenues, accurately recording rate codes and discounts in Opera, and generating end-of-day reports for management review.
You will handle guest interactions during night hours in coordination with security, maintain guest privacy, log incidents, perform credit checks, and ensure all charges are posted correctly before the shift ends.
