Role Summary:As District Parts & Service Manager you will be achieving targets A/S of Dealers in the assigned area, reaching HCX (Hyundai customer experience) target and ensuring that Dealers' facilities/equipment meet HMCI standards.We want you to:Plan on a regular basis meeting with Dealers staff and managersIdentify an action plans needed to achieve the qualitative and quantitative targets in the assigned areaMonitor and report on KPIs set by HMCIEvaluate and review processes of the Authorized Workshops,
