You will standardize, integrate, and continuously improve sales and service workflows to enable seamless order-to-cash and enhanced service delivery.
You'll bridge business requirements with ERP capabilities to support growth and customer satisfaction.
This global function partners with business and IT to drive transformation, change and adoption across Electrification Service.ResponsabilitàDefine and govern end-to-end sales order processing workflows (quote-to-order, fulfillment, delivery scheduling)Configure and renew service contracts; oversee service billingand revenue recognitionAlign requirements across countries and business units for harmonized processesDevelop process documentation, control frameworks,
