## What You Will Do #### Guest Experience & Engagement * Capture the most memorable moments of our guests' journey.
* Create engaging photo opportunities and meaningful guest interactions.
* Help make every cruise experience unforgettable.
#### Sales & Business Impact * Guide guests through their photo journey and purchase experience.
* Promote photo products and maximize sales opportunities.
* Contribute to onboard revenue targets through exceptional service.
#### Photography Operations * Set up and manage photo locations across the ship.
* Ensure photography equipment is always ready and operational.
* Support embarkation activities and key onboard events.
#### Teamwork & Professionalism * Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
* Promote a safe, professional and compliant work environment.

## Who You Are #### Required * Secondary school diploma * Previous experience in photography, ideally in dynamic or guest-facing environments * Basic knowledge of photo equipment and strong motivation to learn and improve your technical skills * Confidence in interacting with Guests and creating positive, engaging experiences * English level B1 or higher * Fluency in an additional language among Italian, German, French, or Spanish.
* Team spirit, flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly * Organized mindset and attention to detail * Customer-focused and relationship-driven, with a natural ability to build trust and create memorable experiences * Results-oriented and resilient,
