Johnson & Johnson is currently searching for 1 intern to join our Operational Excellence Team located at Latina.

Activities

Support the Value Stream Mapping execution for NPI products

Support projects aimed at Lean / Six sigma standard tool application (Value stream map, 5S, Kaizen, standard work..)

Support the execution of Lean Yellow belt project (Lean Yellow belt certification path will be a must to achieve)

Support the enhancement of a drive Lean culture on the site supporting Lean standard J&J; fundamentals application

Site KPI's understanding and support

Support Operational Excellence Base business standard processes

Support the site continuous improvement identifying data driven opportunities in different areas

Requirements

Degree in scientific fields, Engineering, Statistics and other similar STEM sciences.

Proficiency in English (B2 level and above)

Proficiency in Italian

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Explorer and PowerPoint).

As this position is posted in a country that is subject to EU transparency requirements, the Talent Acquisition Team will provide pay range The anticipated pay range and benefits for this position is:

6 months, 950 euro monthly
